Welcome to Vinny Diesel Repair (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, submitting an intake form, dropping off your vehicle, or authorizing repairs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Authorization for Repairs
By submitting a repair request or delivering a vehicle to our shop, you authorize Vinny Diesel Repair to inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs as approved by you. Written or digital approval is required for all repair work before services are performed.
2. Estimates
All estimates are approximate and subject to change based on diagnostics, parts availability, and unforeseen issues discovered during the repair. You will be notified before any additional charges are applied.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time repairs are completed.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash
Credit/Debit Card
ACH
Digital invoices
All invoices must be paid before the vehicle is released.
4. Mechanic’s Lien & Storage Fees
Under Georgia law O.C.G.A. § 40-11, Vinny Diesel Repair holds a mechanic’s lien on any vehicle serviced.
Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours after repair completion or declination.
Storage fees of $55/day begin on day 3.
Vehicles left 7 days or more may be deemed abandoned and processed legally.
5. Parts
Customer-provided parts are accepted.
No warranty is given on customer-supplied parts.
Parts provided by Vinny Diesel Repair may carry manufacturer warranties.
6. Liability
Vinny Diesel Repair is not responsible for:
Loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle
Mechanical failure unrelated to work performed
Delays caused by parts suppliers or outside vendors
7. Towing
Tow-in services may be provided by third-party companies.
All towing charges must be paid before the vehicle is released.
8. Website Use
Your use of this website and online forms signifies agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
